The company manufactures cartons for milk, juices, drinks and other liquids. The cartons are mainly from the type known as "Gable Top", and are made from polyethylene coated board and other materials such as EVOH, nylon, aluminum etc., in order for the cartons to have the necessary shelf-life for the various products. The cartons are cold-filled and distributed in refrigerated vehicles, or hot-filled and distributed without the need for refrigeration. The cartons are printed on a rotary offset UV machine, the printing and the cutting are carried out at one stage and then sealed to avoid leakage. The Gable Top cartons are filled on designated machines using a clean procedure and in many cases the cartons also go through purification with hydrogen- peroxide. The cartons in conjunction with the right filling machines can have a shelf life of weeks and months depending on the product and method of distribution.
